What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter (name, email, company, project information) plus the page you sent it from and basic technical data such as your IP address.

Analytics without cookies

We measure visits with our own first-party analytics, hosted on our server. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Each visit is identified by a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that rotates every day, so we never store your IP address for analytics and cannot recognise you across days. We record the pages you view, time on page, the referring site or campaign, your device type, browser language and time zone.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on our own server in the EU (Germany) and delivered to our inbox through our email and messaging providers. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and no longer than three years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@solmandigital.com.tr. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
